And it’s a standard that ensures all of our infrastructure management solutions will deliver on their promise.

Web Infrastructure
We will monitor your entire IT infrastructure using SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) servers. We will install, configure and optimize infrastructure components including servers, storage, network, and all applications to take a proactive approach to issue resolution.

The SNMP protocol enables all devices, such as printers, PCs, Applications, UNIX/Windows servers, routers, and switches to send any errors in real time to the central management server. The IT support teams are then automatically notified to fix the problem.

Monitoring
Our monitoring application will automatically log all events (such as service interruptions or any attempted security breaches), so that all issues can be analyzed and dealt with. Our servers will also monitor the customer transaction load and help us, and you, plan for any infrastructure changes needed in the future.
